Fees at Aspire Wellness Group

At Aspire Wellness Group we offer a range of services. Click the drop down icons to explore our individualised service fees.

  • $250 = 50-60 minute in person or Telehealth consultation during business hours (9am-5pm).

    $270 = 50-60 minute in person or Telehealth consultation outside of business hours.

  • $120 = 50-60 minute in person or Telehealth consultation during business hours (9am-5pm).

    $140 = 50-60 minute in person or Telehealth consultation outside of business hours.

  • Please contact us to enquire about Aspire Wellness Group’s assessment process and fees. A fixed quote will be provided relevant to the assessment you require.

    Upon booking an assessment a minimum of 50% payment is required. Final payment must be received prior to the feedback session and the report being released.

  • Reports & Letters at Aspire Wellness Group include but are not limited to:

    • Paediatrician letters

    • NDIS review letters

    • Letters to allied health professionals and schools

    • Assessment summary reports

    Please contact us to enquire about our report and letter fees. An individualised quote will be provided depending on the complexity of the report or letter required. The hourly rate for reports and letters is $250 and charged by the quarter-hour.

    Final payment must be received prior to the report or letter being released.

  • Medicare rebates of $96.65 per session are available with a referral from a GP, paediatrician and/or psychiatrist. Medicare rebates can be claimed following your appointment via Medicare’s Easyclaim.

    Medicare rebates are accessible for 10 sessions annually via a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) which can be arranged with your doctor. It is recommended that the MHCP is completed prior to your first session at Aspire Wellness Group to ensure you have access to rebated sessions.

    It is important to note that our services are still accessible without a referral or rebate.

  • Aspire Wellness Group provides services to NDIS clients who are self-managed and plan-managed. We do not currently accept agency-managed clients.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session at Aspire Wellness Group, we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the full session fee. For Monday sessions, notice must be provided by Friday.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session or non-attendance to the session results in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee.

    Medicare rebates are not available for cancelled or missed sessions.

    We understand that you may fall ill (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza), please contact Aspire Wellness Group to reschedule your session to Telehealth.
